We used Sprigs and Spruce for our July 2025 wedding. From our first phone call in October, Robin was so wonderful to work with. She was communicative, creative, and kind. Robin painted scenes from our venue for our save the dates and invitations, and her artwork is beyond beautiful. Proofs were always sent in a very timely manner – and the feedback form for unlimited changes was so easy to use! Robin was so patient and helpful with making small tweaks and changes until we got it just right. We got so many compliments on our save the dates and invitations, as well as our signature cocktail signs and dinner menus! I cannot recommend Sprigs and Spruce enough.

Inquiry & Proposal
Let’s get to know each other!
Once you submit our inquiry questionnaire, we’ll put together a curated proposal outlining your custom package, pricing, included services, and timeline. When you’re ready to book, a 50% retainer secures your spot, and then the real fun begins!

Design Questionnaire
Tell us your vision (even if it’s still a little fuzzy).
After booking, you’ll receive a more detailed questionnaire that dives into your wedding aesthetic, color palette, invitation wording, and all the pretty extras—ribbons, wax seals, liner patterns, and more. Visuals are included to keep it easy and fun!

Concept Sketches & Mockups
We turn your ideas into possibilities.
Based on your vision, we’ll present 2–3 initial concepts to explore design directions. These include hand-drawn sketches and Photoshopped mockups, so you can truly picture your suite coming to life. Together, we’ll refine every detail, fonts, colors, layout, artwork, until we land on the one.

Final Proofs
Here’s where it all comes together.
Once the design is approved, we create the final artwork and send you a complete set of digital proofs. You’ll get a full-suite overview plus close-ups of each piece so you can check every last detail before we hit “print.”

Production & Delivery
We prep, you pop the champagne.
After final approval and payment, your suite heads to print. We handle assembly with care, so everything arrives perfectly bundled and ready for you to seal, stamp, and send. (No paper cuts, no stress, just pretty paper and happy mail.)

We don’t use stock art or pre-made graphics. Every floral, venue, and monogram illustration is painted or drawn by hand in our studio.

Investment & Timeline
Custom invitation suites begin at $1,500 with our typical bride spending $3,000 on invitations and save the dates.
Invitation design takes approximately 10-12 weeks, and we recommend inquiring 6–9 months before your wedding to ensure plenty of time for illustration, revisions, printing, and mailing.
