Then we’ll send over a curated proposal with more about us, our process, and your custom package and timeline. When you’re ready to book, accept the proposal, sign the contract and pay the 50% retainer.
After booking, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire that dives into your vision, wedding aesthetic, color palette, and invitation wording.
Based on your vision, we’ll create 2–3 concepts to explore design directions. Together, we’ll refine every detail, fonts, colors, layout, artwork, until we land on the one.
Once the design is approved, we create original artwork and send full digital proofs for your review and revisions. We make sure you love everything before we hit “print.”
After final approval and payment, we'll send it off to our printer and assemble everything for you. You just need to seal, stamp, and send!
Invitation design takes approximately 10-12 weeks, and we recommend inquiring 6–9 months before your wedding to ensure plenty of time for illustration, revisions, printing, and mailing.

Every base package includes custom watercolor artwork created specifically for your suite, professional layout and typography design, digital proofs for your review, premium printing on high-quality cardstock, and shipping to your door. The difference between our 3-, 4-, and 5-piece suites is simply the number of card types included — the artistry and care that goes into every piece is always the same.
Absolutely. Building your custom suite above just gives you a good estimate of cost and us a great starting point for design. You can adjust quantities, change or remove cards, add embellishments, or include additional stationery during the design process.
We off unlimited rounds of revisions. A "round" means you review all the digital proofs, send us your feedback, and we make the changes. We genuinely want you to love every detail, so we'll always work with you to get it right.
Our primary printing method is high-quality digital printing on premium cardstock, which beautifully reproduces the full depth, gradients, and vibrancy of our original watercolor artwork. We also offer letterpress printing as an upgrade for the invitation card on luxury cotton paper — it creates a gorgeous tactile impression that's truly elegant.
We recommend inquiring 6–9 months before your wedding date for fully custom suites. Our calendar fills quickly, especially for spring and fall weddings, so earlier is always better. If your wedding is sooner than that, don't panic: reach out anyway and we'll let you know what's possible.
