Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, all personalized products, including wedding invitations, save the dates, day-of stationery, and other custom stationery, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or there is an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right by replacing or correcting the affected items as quickly as possible.

Order Accuracy

We carefully produce every order using the information provided and any proofs approved by the customer. Please review all digital proofs carefully before approving them for production. Once a proof has been approved and your order has been printed, we cannot be responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, dates, times, addresses, or other information that was approved during the proofing process.
